Brandi

In foster care since August 2007, Brandi was a very affectionate seven year old golden mix. Brandi found her forever home on January 5, 2008.

Brandi's new family writes:

Just wanted to let you know that Brandi is doing very well. She follows us everywhere, loves to go on walks, and loves to ride in the car. She still isn't eating her food much. Last night I put it on a small dinner plate instead of the bowl and she ate quite a bit. But then today, not so much.

I guess the novelty wore off. We picked up some more Innova so we are set. She loves her "pork rollups" or whatever they're called - I found those one's from Harts at Walmart, and we have some other small treats. But we're trying not to give her too many just in case that is why she's not eating. But except for the eating, she seems very happy! No accidents, no issues at all. In fact, she's just such a sweetheart we can't imagine why she wasn't adopted sooner! But we're glad she waited for us.- Thanks again for bringing her into our lives!

Hi I'm Lea! I was 1 year old lab girl with plenty of energy. If you are a frequent visitor to the site you know I have spent a fair amount of time with RROC. Keep in mind that this is only because RROC is extra careful that all of its dogs go to the most special and ideal homes possible! I am so glad to have gone home on January 3, 2008. What a way to ring in the new year! Thanks RROC and thanks to my foster family for being so patient and loving!

Who said 12 is too old? Hi, I was a fun loving female black Lab. My previous family decided they wanted to travel and they left me at the shelter after having had me for more than a decade.

I found my permanent home on January 1, 2008. Thanks to my Defender Sponsor Annalisa for her donation while I was with RROC waiting for my forever home!
