	Bernie Bernie, our sweet and energetic eight year old golden retriever has just recently been adopted! He spent the last five years of his life chained outside. Bernie is a very active boy who loves to chase after tennis balls. He gets along well with other dogs and loves people. July 1, 2006
	Molly I was a 10-month-old black lab who found her new home July 2, 2006.
	Pongo Pongo has just recently been adopted into a family just as wonderful as he is! He now has 3 boys to play with and a nice backyard to run in and chase his ball. We have already heard from his new owners about how happy he seems to be. He is settling in and looks forward to having his new dog beds embroidered with his name on them to sleep on! We are so happy for him! July 13, 2006
	Hamlet I am a 7-year-old golden who found his forever home July 13, 2006.
	Miami My name is Miami and I am a seven year old Lab/Chesapeake mix. I've just been adopted into an assisted-living facility where I provide love and comfort to its residents. I have the run of much of the place and am welcome to enter any room with an open door other than the dining room! I know that I am going to be getting more love than he ever imagined possible. 	Conan On July 16, 2006, Conan, newborn golden mix, found his forever home.
	Roger I was a 4-year-old Golden Retriever who found his home on July 22, 2006
	Mercedes Mercedes is an 8 month old spectacular dog! She loves other dogs, is fine with cats, and adores adults. Because she is an active puppy, she may be too energetic for very young children. Mercedes was just adopted by her new family July 27, 2006
	Shasta Shasta came into our program, spent a few days here, went to Julie and Dave's so she could go to the Pet Palace event one day, and was adopted the next. How's that for a successful rescue story?! Shasta is the 9 month old chocolate Lab girl rescued from a pet store by a good samaritan. He vetted her, helped her build some muscle tone, and entrusted her to us to locate her permanent home. He was very sad to see her go but knew it was the right thing to do. Shasta was scared for the first few minutes, but quickly realized how fun it is to be a retriever puppy! She's a sweet and beautiful dog and she has found a home with a Golden brother and an adoptive mother who works from home so will be with her almost always! July 27, 2006 was the day Shasta went home with her new family.
	Jake Jake is a beautiful lab. He is very well trained and has impeccable manners. His new family took him home on July 30, 2006.
